My Story.

Heather Kirschner is the owner and creative mind behind Cake Witch Shop. Her passion for baking has spanned decades, which has impacted every aspect of her life. Her clothes are routinely powdered with patches of flour which dust the tattoo of a rolling pin and whisk on her forearm.  

        Heather had humble beginnings in Queens, New York, which has influenced her sophisticated palate and unique designs. Into her adulthood, she has made her friends macarons and chocolate truffles for special occasions which have always been in lade intricate gift wrapping. Baking is a meditative process for Heather, which she enjoys sharing with those that she loves.

        Pursuing her dreams, Heather worked long hours at a bagel shop to afford her education at the Culinary Institute of America. Her experiences at college refined her skills, which gave her the confidence and experience to found Cake Witch Shop.

        Today, Heather spends her time crafting new recipes in her Florida kitchen. The oven warms the tiled floor, and her dog Smore can usually be heard barking in the distance.
